We take reasonable steps to ensure our services are available and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party hosting infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
Planned maintenance will be communicated to affected clients in advance wherever possible.
